Develop a deeper consumer understanding of the chilled/frozen coffee category. Gather feedback on potential new products and packaging prior to quantitative testing.


LearningConnect® Workshops with key segments to better understand desired beverage experience, current consumption habits, delights, frustrations and expectations for ‘away from home’ coffee drinks. Following the workshops, the team immersed in working sessions to analyze, synthesize and craft a more streamlined set of testing options for ‘Bases’ testing.


Discovered new consumer inspired formula insights; identified relevant packages necessary for consumer adoption; and clarified trial / purchase barriers. The process enabled the client to determine how to best position each offering and streamline testing permutations prior to upcoming quantitative tests.
