Susannah is a Facilitator of Organizational Learning, Innovation, Design Thinking and Strategic Planning. She is also a Global Keynote Speaker and Trainer on Innovation, Leadership and Team Collaboration. Susannah specializes in creating immersive experiences and productive visual meetings – both in person and for remote teams. She loves to travel, create memorable adventures and loves to discover new hiking trails. Plus she can’t resist the combo of friends, wine and chocolate.
Chief Conversation Officer
Wayne is an expert facilitator of Organizational Learning, an Innovation Catalyst, a Creative Agent, a Market Researcher and a Strategic Planning wizard. Wayne asks tough questions to clarify the situation, and then brings out the best in people – getting them to places they never thought possible. Wayne is also a passionate foodie, which has led him into being a wicked-good cook and an aspiring wine geek.
Senior Facilitator
Cindy is a skilled global facilitator, with specific expertise in Asian markets. She is skilled in uncovering and defining consumer needs, and then translating these learnings into design and technical requirements. She is adept along any stage of the innovation process and excels at Disruptive Innovation, Problem Definition and Consumer Modeling. Along with her passion for innovation, Cindy is an amazing tennis player, an avid golfer and can crochet just about anything (just ask her).
